This short film features Australian Master Cheesemaker Richard Thomas, making marinated feta the way he saw it made in a remote village in Iran in the 1970s. Richard then returned to Australia and working with the Cameron family in Meredith Dairy developed the cheese into a favourite in households across the country. This film tells the story of the discovery of the cheese, and shows you how to make it at home yourself.
